It was very busy in the store, but Jeff the sales manager was quick to tell us he would personally help us, and helped us to pick out our new hot tub. He had an answer to all our questions-they were not made up or gimmicky. We can tell he loved what he does for a living. We had a great experience with Ian, the manager and Jeff, the assistant manager. From the very beginning they were low key, knowledgeable, professional, knew their product, patiently answered our questions before the sale, and after the sale, they continued with the same professionalism and patience once the money was paid. They were helpful in explaining the various chemicals used, frequency of the products used, and maintenance plan for the swim spa. It seemed overwhelming at first, but with the assurance of Ian and Jeff, we got the hang of the process. Ian and Jeff were very accommodating to our needs. I never got the sense I was working with a sleezy sales person just trying to make a sale, or someone trying to hurry us through to get to the next customer. Upon delivery, the installers showed up on time, were efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. All in all, it was a great experience. I was surprised to find that everything was as advertised, no fine print or exceptions. We had been shopping around San Diego looking at all the brands. These guys were the most helpful, and gave us all the information we asked for. They even took our old hot tub, fixed what was wrong, and delivered it to my sister’s house, as part of our deal! “Finally, No B.S.!”  (on Google September 29, 2010) “I got myself involved in a search for a swim spa for the family (aka my wife). I went to two local dealers (one with “factory direct prices”). I visited the factory looking at 16′ swim spas. While product knowledge was good, I was quite overwhelmed by the price. The second dealer I visited had no product on display and minimal product knowledge. The staff seemed to know everyone else’s product since the only things said were slanderous of their competition-big turn off… My third stop was La Costa Pool and Spa. Very knowledgeable regular guys without a lot of hype and pressure. I found a Cal Spa swim spa which has been flawless for almost $10000 less.
